If you choose to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment, please note we require 24 hours notice to avoid a fifty percent charge on the service. Cancelling multiple services requires 48 hours notice. If you are part of a group booking, a 30% deposit is required in order to reserve your desired times, and the above cancellation policy is in effect. |
